But I also messed up when creating the bottom wavy surface. I didn't have all extents aligned with the top surface, so that when you look at it in plan, the two surfaces you create have the same size (extents).

Once I fixed those two things, it seems to be working great.
Thanks again for the great tutorials.
Justinhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16544076089976365345noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-158628382296237604.post-32460222087742487852012-10-31T10:11:16.720-04:002012-10-31T10:11:16.720-04:00Hey Zack. It takes a great mind to make these stuff but a great person to share these. Thanks a ton for helping others. The easiest in this case is setting the "belt measurement" parameter on the bottom surface to measure the division distribution from the sides rather than the middle (default). This means that the curvy surface will measure out a 20 x 5 division along the same linear lengths as the flat surface above it. Another method would be to use the division by intersects functionality that I'm showing in this post: http://buildz.blogspot.com/2012/10/intro-to-repeat-intersects-and-adaptive.htmlZach Kronhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12789983116042927745noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-158628382296237604.post-14402628428240590982012-10-30T16:10:31.227-04:002012-10-30T16:10:31.227-04:00Thanks for the great video.
