I think the poster is looking to actually model the clay tiles? Yes? If so, I have done experiments with divided surfaces in the massing environment, but you can also use a custom Sloped Glazing type in a project. Create a Mullion Type for the clay tile shape, then apply that to the sloped glazing.

Ayman, simple edit the structure of one of the roofing families and change the material of the topmost structure to something like spanish tile red.
